Lino wall

Hi there. I managed to actually embed a lino wall into the blog (actually my wikispace for the children) so that you can actually click on and write on the sticky whilst it is embedded in the blog.... Have a go and it will make sense. :)

I have been having a play with GoAnimate for ICT electives

I had a quick play with GoAnimate as I may use it on Friday. It seems okay for kids and was recommended by Karla.  I think the Saturday Morning TV/or It's Happy Bunny sections are most suitable from the choices on the homepage.  I made an animation (I didn't get around to the final edit so it is a little strange!). I need to work on getting my character running the right direction!  It is set up like movie maker only easier to use. I wanted to have a go at embedding it on a blog so here goes my beginners trial... GoAnimate.com : Rescue from Dark Castle by ictgs Like it? Create your own at GoAnimate.com . It's free and fun! Thanks Karla for this great PL session today. I was inspired - though I not sure I get the 'forced perspective' thing yet but then I am a bit slow!! So here are the direct links to the information she showed us, stored on the e-central wiki.... There is heaps of great stuff here - for both teacher information and for showing children. Good luck with your photos and I hope some kids join the competition. Click on the photo... Photo Competition Teacher and Student Info[1] What did you think of the session? What is something new that you learnt? What will you (or have you) tried with your students??
